Minimize the Geopathic Stress effect.

Stress reduction strategies generally fall into three categories:

1. Avoiding stressor (eliminating Geopathic zones)
2. Changing the reaction to the stressor.
3. Reliving stress after the reaction to the stressor.

        There are many ways to keep all the negative effects of different stressor to a minimum, including:

1.Take time for yourself to relax each day. Get more rest, your body needs time to heal.
2.Exercise regularly, after getting your doctor’s Okay.
3.Stress management programs. These may be either individual or group treatment, and usually involve analysis of the stressor in the patient’s life.
4.Psychotherapeutic approach attempt to reduce the response of the patient to stressor.
5.Learn to “ let go” of things which are outside your control. Learn to adapt to changes.
6.Learn to take action when you can make a difference.
7.Yoga, t’ai chi, aikido. A combination of physical and mental exercise are used to promote relaxation.
8.Aerobic exercise, improves – mood and make people more resistant to the effects of stressor.
9.Progressive muscle relaxation – involves systematically relaxing specific muscle group in the body.
10.Autogenic relaxation – taught to direct the blood flow toward the muscle group, “warming” and relaxing each group.
11.Go way for the weekend.

14.Discussing problem with friends or relatives.
15.Aromatherapy. Scented oils are designed to generate relaxation.
16.Drawing, dance, music, sculpting, and other art forms. These forms of therapy are used to help the patient get in touch with his or her sources of stress, and release them through creative expression.
17.Massage. Therapeutic massage relives stress by relaxing the large group of muscles in the back, neck, arms, and legs.
18.Meditation. Recent studies have found positive correlation between such activity and ability to manage stress.
19.Nutrition-based treatment ( dietary control, nutritional supplements )
20.Homeopathy and herbal remedies. Some may relive of stress.
21.Acupuncture. This treatment correct the imbalance of the body energy that produce stress.
22.Medications. These may include drugs to control blood pressure or other physical manifestations of stress, as well as drugs that affect a patient’s mood.
